What Is VPK?
If you live in Florida and your child turns 4 before September 1st, they will be eligible to participate in a Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program that is specifically designed to prepare them for school and enhance their literacy and social skills. As you are no doubt aware, the most important growth and development in the brain happens by the age of five. It is therefore important develop the skills children need to become strong students at this early age.
Children who have taken part in Exploris Learning Academy’s VPK program have shown to develop better language skills, score higher in school-readiness tests and have show fewer behavioral problems once they enter school. Call us today to learn why.

VPK Eligibility Criteria
There are very few conditions to being eligible for Exploris Learning Academy’s VPK program. VPK is free of charge to all 4-year-old children in Florida regardless of family income. The high-quality learning opportunity builds a strong academic structure. VPK uses educational materials for specific stages of your child’s development to prepare them for school. The only real restriction is that your child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, reside in Florida, and not participating in the Gardiner Scholarship Program.
